This policy explains how Noltopup Digital Services handles personal data when you use our nol card top-up service. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to process a top-up.

What we collect

• The nol tag ID and the top-up amount you enter.
• The email address you provide for the confirmation.
• Basic technical data such as your language and theme choice and information your browser sends, used to run the site.

Card data

Card details are entered on an encrypted checkout, not on our pages. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Why we use it

We use the data only to process the top-up, send you a confirmation, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary with the payment processor to complete a transaction and, where required, with authorities under applicable law.

Retention & your rights

We keep records for as long as needed to support the order and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete them. You can ask what data we hold, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it — email support@noltopup.org.
